Page 124. The copy editor changed "provable" to "probable" in this: "Guaranteed service provides firm (mathematically provable) bounds on end-to-end packet-queuing delays." The word "provable" comes from "RFC 2212: Specification of Guaranteed Quality of Service," and I'm pretty sure the authors of the RFC meant "provable" and not "probable." The copy editor should not have changed the word.
