Priscilla
Oppenheimer is an Architecture Consulting Engineer with Cisco Systems.
Priscilla has over 25 years of experience in the computer industry and a Masters Degree in Information
Science from the University of Michigan. After many years as
a software developer, Priscilla moved into consulting, teaching, and course development, where she
has taught thousands of network engineers from most of
the Fortune 500 companies. Her employment at such companies as
Apple Computer, Network General, and Cisco Systems has given her a
chance to troubleshoot real-world network design problems and
the opportunity to develop a practical methodology for enterprise
network design. Priscilla is the author of "Top-Down Network Design," 3rd ed., Cisco Press, 2011,
and the co-author of "Troubleshooting Campus Networks," John Wiley, 2002.
